He has founded and transformed 5 industries: medical device reprocessing, spine arthroplasty, nucleus arthroplasty, the small bone and joint market and total ankle arthroplasty. John J. Viscogliosi, Principal
Mr. Viscogliosi is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Centinel Spine, the successor to Surgicraft Ltd. and Raymedica, LLC as of August 2008. Mr. Viscogliosi has >20 years of operations and turn-around experience in the orthopedic industry and applies such expertise within the active oversight of Centinel’s day-to-day operations. Mr. Viscogliosi is a founding member and principal of Viscogliosi Bros, LLC. He previously co-founded Paradigm Spine, LLC, Small Bone Innovations, Inc., Knee Creations, LLC, Musculoskeletal Clinical Regulatory Advisers, LLC and Spine Solutions, Inc. Mr. Viscogliosi serves on the Board of Directors of Small Bone Innovations, Inc. and was formerly on the Board of Spine Solutions, Inc. and Knee Creations, LLC.

Marc R. Viscogliosi, Principal
Mr. Viscogliosi is a founder of Paradigm Spine and has been its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Managers since August 2004. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Viscogliosi was a cofounder and secretary of the Board of Directors of Spine Solutions, Inc., which was acquired by Synthes-Stratec in 2003. In 1999, Mr. Viscogliosi cofounded Viscogliosi Brothers, LLC ("VB"), a leading merchant bank and venture capital firm focused on the musculoskeletal/orthopedics industry. Mr. Viscogliosi spent six years researching and investing in musculoskeletal companies prior to cofounding VB.
